History

Founder, Michael Nevius, started his career in residential masonry approximately 35 years ago. Learning the trade from the ground up, he started at the bottom mixing mud for older masons who were skilled craftsmen and took their trade seriously. After a few years under their tutelage, Michael began laying brick, stone and block, slowly developing his own technique. Soon, Michael formed his own company and 35 years later, he has hundreds of projects to his credit, primarily in the Wichita, Kansas area. Some of the finest, high-profile homes in Kansas feature the intricate detailed stonework of M.L. Nevius Masonry.
